Process

Your new landscape is complete. Your project manager will walk through the landscape with you to ensure you love the final landscape and to give you your warranty and maintenance packages, along with an optional five-year guarantee.

Before work begins, we’ll notify your neighbors that we’ll begin work soon. You will also meet your dedicated project manager and receive watering and plant care tips. Our in-house team will complete your landscape according to the agreed-upon calendar and timeline (weather permitting).

Once the design feels like a perfect fit for your dream landscape, you sign the agreement and pay a deposit to reserve your spot on the calendar to begin work. Our team will contact you two weeks before the project begins to confirm the timing.

At this stage, you can review your custom landscape design and request up to two rounds of mild revisions or additional revisions at $125 per hour.
